We care for confidentiality of data in private, so we approach everyone who uses VegeVege.pl services in a similar way.

Why do we need your email address? This is your account login in the store. Here we send confirmation of the order and information related to your account in the store, and if you subscribe to the newsletter (in the footer), we will send you an e-mail with promotions or new products from time to time. Carriers (eg courier companies) also require your e-mail address for delivery notifications. The password, even set automatically by the store engine and sent, is not known to us (and is stored in encrypted form, access to it guarded by a small army of robots, so we are not afraid of Chinese and Korean hackers, maybe a little, but sensible!).

Why do you have to provide your phone number and what will we use it for? Here we send notifications, we can also call you or write an SMS regarding the order. If we know each other a little, then we can dare and send you a text message with New Year's wishes!

Address? Well, we have to send the package to you.

We require this type of data to process the order, we may refuse to process the order, eg for Margariet Taczier from ulica Robotniczej Komforty 111 in the city of Dwakoładobrze. Sending parcels to the wrong address is non-ecological and not economical.

If you want, you can give your gender, age and size of the shoe - if we start to trade potions and shoes, we will definitely get back!
Google Analytics

In our store we use Google Analytics services to analyze reports about visiting websites of the VegeVege.pl store. The information that GA collects thanks to js and cookies helps us improve VegeVege.pl. Data from GA we do not pass on and we do not associate them with personal data of clients (which means that they are separate), so in short - we know something, but we do not know who we know something about it :)

It is possible to block the analysis by GA - below we give more information from Google. In case of problems - we offer help - please contact VegeVege.pl ✉

To turn off information transfer, download and install this add-on in your browser.
